>So, for all who scoffed at my cheese-making endeavour… last Sunday evening I served up for our guest a pizza with homemade mozzarella cheese on dough made from the whey (as in curds and), with tomatoes fresh from the farmers’ market and basil picked five minutes earlier in my garden. It was fabulous, if I do say so myself – as was the cherry-rhubarb pie I made for dessert. Oh yes, I am giving Martha a run for her money.
